The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Tuesday, March 17 reveals Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will move out of the Abbott estate.
Also coming up, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will walk out on Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Plus, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will put Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) on the spot in front of Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). And Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will tell his wife he was drugged.
Y&R spoilers tease Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will tell Cane he needs to do better with her son. “I tried,” he’ll reply. But Phyllis will say he didn’t do good enough. Cane will put Phyllis on blast, telling her she needs to give up Newman Enterprises. Phyllis will say she’s done with him.
Y&R Daily Scoop – Cane Asks If Her Father Will Let His Family Go
At Crimson Lights, Nate will hear Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) confirming a hotel reservation in Milan. She’ll say her father’s plan didn’t work so she’s taking matters into her own hands. Nate will say he hopes it all goes her way with Summer.
He’ll add he needs answers about Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). “It’s getting to the point where I’m getting ready to contact the police.” Victoria will say she’s sure it’ll all be over soon. Nate will stare at her. “Is there something you’re not telling me?” he’ll ask.
She’ll say she just meant Lily’s a responsible person. But Nate will say he and Devon were certain Victor kidnapped Lily and went to the ranch to confront him. But he denied it. Then Cane will walk in and ask Victoria if her father’s going to let his family go. “Did you know?” And she’ll play dumb.
Cane will berate her and Nate will tell him that’s enough. He’ll ask Victoria how long she’s going to be away and she’ll say she’s not sure and leave. “Are you really gonna let her off the hook like that?” Cane will ask. “You’re so smitten with Victoria that you’re gonna overlook the fact that her father kidnapped our family?”
At the ranch, Nikki will tell Victor she won’t be ordered out of her own home. But he’ll say he rebuilt the house after it burned down and he’s going to rebuild his empire. And no one, not even Nikki, will stand in his way.
“You’re either willing to rebuild this empire with me or you can get the hell out of here!” Victor will shout. “You care more about the welfare of that excuse of a man than your own husband.” Nikki will say it breaks her heart that he questions his love for her.
Young And The Restless – Victor Tells Nikki That He Doesn’t Need Her
“If you’re not interested in getting this empire back I don’t need you!” Victor will shout. So Nikki will head upstairs to pack. She’ll arrive at the GCAC and Phyllis will spot her standing in the lobby with a suitcase. She’ll ask Nikki if she had a fight with Victor. “Let me guess, he threw you out because you were choosing Jack over your own husband,” Phyllis will add.
Then she’ll get a message from Victor and leave. Phyllis will arrive at the ranch and ask Victor what his deal is. He’ll say he wants Chancellor for Jack. But Phyllis will say she thought he wanted everything, so what changed? But she’ll agree to it anyway. Victor will tell her his lawyers will send her the contract.
Meanwhile, Jack will tell Diane he deserved that slap. “And I am profoundly sorry,” he’ll add. “I am mortified by this and I want to explain it to you.” Diane will ask how he can explain. “I don’t know,” Jack will reply. He’ll say Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) drugged his scotch.
“Whatever she spiked it with made me totally euphoric. There were no boundaries, no limits.” Diane will ask if he really expects her to believe that this drug made him forget he’s a married man. “Before you euphorically crawled into bed with her?!”
Jack will say he tried to fight it and when the drug wore off he was ashamed. “You could have stopped if you wanted to but you didn’t want to!” Diane will reply. She’ll say she didn’t know if she’d find him alive or dead. “Yet here you are, in the lap of luxury, in bed with Patty Williams!”
Diane will tell her husband she can’t even look at him and storm out of the room. She’ll tell her son she can’t believe they found Jack in bed with that “dirty skank” Patty. Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will walk into the stateroom and Jack will say he was drugged. He’ll vow that Victor’s going to pay with flesh and blood, if it’s the last thing he does.
Finally, the Abbotts will return home and Diane will immediately rush upstairs. Jack will head to the dining room and pour himself a drink. Then a teary-eyed Diane will come downstairs, with a packed bag in hand, and she’ll leave. But will she divorce Jack?
